I sleep badly
If you're on this page, it's because you're having problems sleeping.
We can all have trouble sleeping, especially when tough things happen to us. We may find ourselves brooding, having dark thoughts that prevent us from falling asleep, or having nightmares, or even night terrors that wake us up. So while it's not necessarily pathological in itself, if these problems persist, they can have major repercussions on our physical and mental health, as sleep helps us to recover and maintain our physical and mental balance. So what can I do if the problem persists and has repercussions on my daily life (tiredness, difficulty concentrating, etc.)?
In this section, we will look at and learn about things we can do to improve our sleep and achieve a better balance.
